Throughout the summer, we offered workshops for instructors who will be teaching remotely in the Fall. We suggested that faculty start with Going the Distance -- and then explore the additional offerings.
All workshops were recorded and are accessible via our Remote Teaching Workshops Blackboard Community Site. Please contact teaching@trentu.ca with your questions and concerns, or if you would like access to our community site.
If you are still interested in taking Going the Distance, we are able to enroll you in the Asynchronous Offering or in our Community Site where you will be able to watch the recordings, if you are interested, please email teaching@trentu.ca.
To complement our workshops, the Remote Teaching Team is offering is available for 1-on-1 instructional design support bookings. More information can be found on our Remote Teaching Team Bookings webpage. The Remote Teaching Team can also be reached for course support at remoteteaching@trentu.ca.
Trent IT is also offering an excellent series of workshops on the various pieces of technology that faculty have access too. The schedule for these workshops can be found on the Trent IT website.
