Students who request a refund due to a denied visa or study permit will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus any incidental charges and a processing fee.
Students who change their mind about attending Trent will forfeit the deposit amount. If the deposit was paid before January 2024, students who change their mind will forfeit $500, and the remaining balance of their deposit will be refunded, minus a processing fee.

If you paid by credit card, you will receive a credit back to your credit card. If you paid by wire payment, you will receive a wire refund from either Western Union or Flywire.
