Important Dates & Deadlines

  • Summer registration opens early March
  • Fall/Winter Registration for the 2025-2026 Academic Year starts June 16, 2025

Undergraduate Important Dates & Deadlines 

Students are responsible for being familiar with, and adhering to, published dates and deadlines, especially in relation to adding and dropping courses. Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science in Nursing students should contact their departments for pertinent dates.

Important Dates from the Undergraduate Academic Calendar

Winter Term 2026

February 13 - Last day of classes prior to break

February 16 - University closed: Family Day

                      - Residential Reading and Laboratory Week begins

                      - Final date to submit grades for incomplete courses from Fall term

February 20 - Payment due for winter term fees for sponsored students

February 22 - Final date to apply for OSAP for students studying in the Winter only or Fall/Winter term

February 23 - Classes resume

                       - Final date to petition for late withdrawal from Fall courses

February 27 - Final date to appeal final grades for Fall 2025 courses

February 28 - T2202 and T4A tax forms are posted to the student portal on myTrent

March 10 - Final date for withdrawal from Winter-term courses - after this date students remain registered                        in Winter-term courses and receive final grades

March 14 - Final date to submit documentation or requests to review full time OSAP for students studying                         Winter only or Fall/Winter term

April 3 - University closed: Good Friday

April 7 - Last day of classes 

             - Final date to submit an Application to Graduate for May graduation

April 10 - Examinations begin for Winter courses and full-year Fall/Winter session courses (Peterborough                      and Durham, including all Nursing programs)

April 23 - Examinations end for Winter courses and full-year Fall/Winter session courses, 10:30 pm
