Committees
The VP Finance committees support planning, coordination, and decision-making across key areas of university operations. These groups help ensure that administrative priorities, campus resources, facilities, and space needs are reviewed in a thoughtful and organized way.
Through regular meetings and collaboration with university leaders, the committees provide guidance on operational planning, space utilization, and construction-related matters. Their work supports Trent University’s long-term goals while helping departments and units access the resources and spaces needed to carry out approved university activities.

Administrative Planning Group
The Administrative Planning Group meets monthly or as determined by the Chair. Administrative support for the committee will be provided by the Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Finance & Administration.

Space Utilization & Construction Management Committee
The Space Utilization and Construction Management Committee has an obligation to provide suitable space in order to adequately carry out University-approved activities.
