- Accessibility units available
- Wi-Fi, heat, and hydro – all included!
*Note: Apartments are unfurnished. Tenants are responsible for their own furniture, telephone, and cable.

Monthly Rates (2025-2026):
- 1 Bedroom Suite: $1,213.75/month
- 2 Bedroom Suite: $2,023.00/month
