Upper Year Suites
With spacious, townhome-style apartments designed for 4-6 students of your choice, you can stay connected to the Trent community while gaining more flexibility and independence.
Upper year suites come furnished with large kitchen and living spaces, washrooms and in-suite laundry.
Dining plans are optional - plus, winter break is included!
Apply Early
Applications open January 20 and will be accepted until spaces are full. Secure your spot for a supportive and convenient home that fits your evolving lifestyle.
Current Resident Guarantee
If you are a current Upper Year Student planning on returning, we will hold your spot if you apply by February 1, 2026. More information will be sent to you via email after applying.

- Click on the "Support" tab at the top right
- Click Student Housing on the left side menu
- Click on the Housing Services Portal icon
