Develop practical skills in productivity improvement, business analysis, organizational change, project implementation, and AI-enabled workplace effectiveness.
This online micro-credential introduces participants to the core knowledge and tools used by productivity improvement professionals. Learners will explore how organizations identify challenges, improve processes, manage change, implement solutions, and responsibly leverage AI to enhance performance and decision-making.

Admission Requirements
Prerequisites
Applicants should have:
- An interest in productivity improvement, workplace innovation, or organizational effectiveness; or
- Relevant educational, volunteer, or professional experience.
No prior experience in business analysis, organizational change, project management, or AI is required.
Tax Receipt Information
Students may be eligible to receive a T2202 Tuition and Enrolment Certificate if their micro-credential meets Canada Revenue Agency requirements.
Earn a Digital Badge
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a verified digital badge that can be shared on LinkedIn, resumes, portfolios, and professional profiles.
