Campus Recreation
If you're looking to stay fit, meet new friends and have fun, this is where it all begins! We have a wide variety of sports and recreation programming to suit your interests and desired level of competition. Trent’s Campus Recreation team looks to provide opportunities for students to participate in semester or yearlong leagues, registered or free drop-in programming, as well as many other event-style opportunities for you to get active and involved!

Registration opens September 5th, 2023 at 9:00am. Please note that you must register through our website and IMLeagues.

Please note: Registration is required for all Campus Recreation leagues AND drop-in programs. We will NOT reserve spots without a paid/completed registration (both team fee and bond) or free agent registration. No refund will be issued beyond the first night of league play.
Drop-In Sport Programs
Can't commit to a Campus Rec League? Check out our Drop-In programs! Held in either the Gymnasium, East Bank Field, or Justin Chiu Stadium, the Drop-In programs are free for Trent Students and Community Members. Equipment for Ultimate Frisbee, Spikeball and Soccer-Baseball are available for use during open gym times as well (pickup at the front desk). With a wide variety of sports and recreation programming our Drop-In program offers multiple opportunities for students and members to try something new or to participate in your favourite sport!

When not booked for Athletics Centre programming, the field and track are available for student and member drop-in activities! Visit our Athletics Centre front desk for equipment rentals:

Esports at Trent
We are excited to announce our participation in the National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC) league and look forward to hosting other Esports opportunities for both Trent University campuses!
