Campus Recreation  

If you're looking to stay fit, meet new friends, and have fun; this is where it all begins! We have a wide variety of sports and recreation programming offered throughout the Fall and Winter semesters to suit many students' class schedules, interests, and desired competitive level of competition. Trent’s Campus Recreation team looks to provide opportunities for students to participate in semester or yearlong leagues, registered or free drop-in programming, as well as many other event style opportunities for you to participate in your favourite sport or activity with your friends and classmates!

Winter 2023 Campus Recreation Leagues

Futsal 3pm-6pm  Squash 6-9pm 

Recreational Volleyball  5:30pm-9pm 

Competitive Volleyball 8pm-11pm Basketball 8pm-11pm Dodgeball   7:30pm -11pm

Soccer L2 OPEN Competitive on Sundays at Justin Chiu Stadium from 6pm – 9pm

Beach Volleyball L2 CO-ED Competitive on Wednesdays at the Outdoor Courts from 5pm– 8pm

Volleyball L1 CO-ED Recreational on Tuesdays in the Gymnasium from 5:30pm – 9pm

Volleyball L2 OPEN Competitive on Wednesdays in the Gymnasium from 8pm – 11pm

Basketball L1 OPEN Recreational on Thursdays in the Gymnasium from 8 – 11pm

 

Drop-In Programming

Winter 2023 Drop-Ins

If you are looking to stay fit, meet new friends and have fun all while not having to be committed to a team all semester or year long. Then the Drop-In programs ran by Trent's Campus Recreation team is the answer! Hosted in either the gymnasium, East Bank Field and Justin Chiu Stadium, the Drop-In programs are free for Trent Students and Community Members. Drop-In programming includes the following sports: Futsal, Pickelball, Badminton, Basketball, Table Tennis, Cricket, Dodgeball, Ultimate Frisbee, Spikeball and Soccer-Baseball. With a wide variety of sports and recreation programming our Drop-In program offers multiple opportunities for students and members to try something new or to participate in your favourite sport!

When not booked for Athletics Centre programming, the field and track is available for student and member drop-in activities! Visit our Athletics Centre front desk for equipment rentals:
