Campus Recreation’s Trent Excalibur eSports Teams
The Trent Athletics’ Campus Recreation eSports anticipates fielding teams in League of Legends, Rocket League, Valorant, Overwatch 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Counter-Strike 2, Super Smash Bros Ultimate teams and Marvel Rivals. These teams work in collaboration with the Trent University eSports Club, a student-led online club that provides opportunities for all Trent students to participate in eSports beyond the Excalibur teams.
The primary goal of the Trent University Esports Program is to provide an inclusive, enjoyable, and relaxed environment for students to come together, play competitive video games, and have fun. The program values camaraderie, sportsmanship, and personal growth over strict competitiveness. Skill imbalances will be noted, and efforts will be made to create balanced and diverse teams for multiplayer games. Players of all skill levels will have the opportunity to play and have a meaningful experience.
eSports Volunteer
We’re always looking for volunteers to help coach, manage, and otherwise support the teams. If you’re interested in getting some experience in the eSports world and think that you have a skill that could benefit the teams, register to be an eSports Volunteer through IMLeagues.
