ACCESS TO THE TRENT ATHLETICS CENTRE:
Q. Can I purchase a day pass to access the Trent Athletics Centre?
A. Day passes are available for purchase. Please visit the Member Services desk for assistance.
Q. Can I purchase a swim pass to access the 25 m Allan Marshall Pool?
A. The Allan Marshall pool is currently closed for maintenance. Please continue to visit www.trentu.ca/athletics for updates on our pool.
Q. I am a Trent Student enrolled in classes, do I need to pay for a membership?
A. Trent students pay an ancillary athletic fee included in tuition which provides Trent Students access to the Trent Athletics Centre September 1st-April 30th. Trent students need their Trent student card to access the facility.
Q. Can I rent a locker?
A. Yes, Locker memberships are available for purchase to Trent Students and current members. 4 Month Locker Membership $52.50 +HST, 1 Year Locker Membership $105.00 + HST.
Q. Can I rent a towel?
A. Towel memberships are available to Trent Students and current members. 4 Month Towel Membership $36.75 +HST, 1 Year Towel Membership $99.75+HST. Towel Memberships can be purchased at the Front Desk.
Q. Is the Sauna currently open?
A. Our saunas are open.
Q: Can I purchase a membership to the Trent Athletics Centre?
A: New memberships are available for purchase. All memberships are paid monthly on the 1st of each month debited directly from a bank account. Please come into the front desk at the Athletics Centre and we will be happy to set up your membership.
Please bring a VOID cheque or Pre-Authorized Debit form, and identification. A one-time capital fee of $50.00, is applied to all Community, Alumni, & Corporate memberships to support reinvestment in equipment and facilities. This fee is waived on Youth/Child, Staff & Faculty and Trent Retiree memberships.
Cancellation Policy: Memberships may be terminated any time provided the Athletics Centre is provided 30 days notice. Please visit our website, https://www.trentu.ca/athletics/communitytrent-student-membership-rates
Q. I am an existing member, what do I need to do to reactivate my membership?
A. You may come in to the Trent Athletics Centre, and see us in person and we will reactivate your membership. If you were paying in full prior to COVID, you will need to bring a VOID cheque or Pre-Authorized Debit form with you. Alternatively, please email us at email@example.com and we will send the appropriate documentation, and what we will require to get your membership reinstated.
Q. How do I go about changing my existing Family Membership to an Adult Membership?
A. Please email at us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we make the change for you.
Q. I paid in full prior to COVID and have 6 months remaining on my membership, and I want to return, do I need to bring a VOID cheque?
A. Yes, any existing memberships that were paid in full before March 16th, 2020 will be transferred to our monthly payment membership option. If a member has 6 months remaining on their contract, we will deduct the value of the remaining 6 month t from the 12 month contract fee and divide by 12 months. For your first 12 months back to the Athletics Centre you will have a reduced monthly membership fee. After the 12 months you will be renewed in to the posted 12 month rate.
Q. I have an existing membership how do I cancel my membership?
