HOW WILL I BOOK MY WORKOUT?
Workout Zones will be created within the Athletics Centre to allow Trent students and community members to reserve a workout in advance through our Legend online booking system. This allows a limited number of individuals to reserve a specified 1-hour workout appointment. No walk-ins are permitted.
Each Workout Zone will be designed by relocating some pieces of fitness equipment normally located in the Sport Centre and distributing them to other rooms, including the gymnasium, mezzanine (2nd floor), Fitness Studio 1, and Fitness Studio 2.
All Trent students and community members are required to reserve their pre-booked workout time in advance. Registration will be available through the Trent Athletics Legend online booking system and students and members can reserve a one-hour workout appointment OR a 45-minute lane swim. A pre-booked workout/swim can be made up to three days in advance and only one booking per individual is permitted per day.
