You must drop your course by the date listed below in order to be eligible for a course refund. You are not eligible for a refund if you drop your course after the date listed below.
- To drop your AQ, ABQ or PQP course, send an email to AQ@trentu.ca.
- If you drop your course before the drop date, you will receive your full course fees back minus a $25 administrative fee and the non-refundable credit card service fee.
- Refunds are issued back to your credit card and can take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
- You may still drop your course after the Drop Date, but your course fees will not be refunded.
- We do not offer deferrals or credit for other sessions.

Appeal Process
Appeals will not be accepted after the course end date.
There is an appeal process for students needing to withdraw after the drop date. This process is only for students with extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical, accident, death in the family, etc.).
You are asked to contact the AQ Office at AQ@trentu.ca for information on how to submit an appeal.
Please note that appeals have to submitted in a timely manner. Appeals will not be accepted after the course end date.
