Appointments are available during the evening, Monday through Friday. They are primarily virtual.Cancellation of Dietitian Appointments:
If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of $50.
If an appointment is simply not attended, there is no reimbursement.
Appointment fee is $70. Payment is by e-transfer and MUST be made AT THE TIME OF BOOKING for it to be confirmed.
Through TCSA you can be reimbursed $40 per appointment up to $300 per school year.
