The Administrative Planning Group meets monthly or as determined by the Chair. Administrative support for the committee will be provided by the Executive Assistant to the Vice President Finance & Administration.
The Administrative Planning Group will be comprised of:

- Director, Athletics & Recreation
- Executive Director, Food, Conferences & Campus Payment Services
- Senior Director, Student Housing
