Your Peterborough Transit Pass is now Digital!
Undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least 1.5 Credits in their starting semester to be eligible to receive a transit pass. In addition, students must have submitted a photo through the Photo Submission Portal in order for the pass to be created.
All students starting in the Summer Semester need to opt into the Transit pass by contacting the TrentU Card Office and do not have the fee automatically added with their tuition and other fees.
2025-2026 passes will be available for download beginning August 31, 2025. You must be registered in at least 1.5 credits for the Fall term and have submitted a photo for your first TrentU Card. Graduate students can opt into the Transit Pass through their MyTrent Portal under the Services tab. Undergraduates taking fewer than 1.5 credits, staff and faculty who wish to opt-in to the Transit Pass, must connect with the TrentU Card Office to make arrangements for the pass. campuscard@trentu.ca
All eligible first year students will receive an email invitation to download their pass. You must have submitted a photo prior in order to receive this invitation.
All returning students with the digital pass from a previous year will automatically receive their new pass if eligible. No action is required by the returning student.
We have 3 lengths of Transit passes, that all expire August 31st.
12- month pass from September 1st- August 31st
8- month pass from January 1st to August 31st
4- month pass from May 1st- August 31st.

Important Notes:
1. All student numbers must begin with a zero.
2. All last names must have the first letter capitalized
3. Please ensure that the Country selected is Canada in order for Trent University to be seen
