Transit Passes

Your Transit Pass is now Digital!

Undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least 1.5 Credits in their starting semester to be eligible to receive a transit pass.  In addition, students must have submitted a photo through the MyTrent portal in order for the pass to be created.  2022-2023 passes will be available for download beginning August 31, 2022.  You must be registered in at least 1.5 credits for the Fall term and have submitted a photo for your first TrentU Card.  Graduate students, undergraduates taking fewer than 1.5 credits, staff and faculty who wish to opt-in to the Transit Pass, must connect with the TrentU Card Office to make arrangements for the pass.  campuscard@trentu.ca  

All first year students will receive an email invitation to download their pass.  You must have submitted a photo prior in order to receive this invitation.  

All returning students with the digital pass from a previous year will automatically receive their new pass if eligible.  No action is required by the returning student.  

Important Notes:

1. All student numbers must begin with a zero.  

2. All last names must have the first letter capitalized

3. Please ensure that the Country selected is Canada in order for Trent University to be seen
