Guidelines for electronic pictures:
- Your face must be clearly visible and facing forward.
- Your photo must show a clear image of your portrait including face and head.
- We cannot accept photos with hats (unless worn for religious purposes) or sunglasses.
- Students are encouraged to smile in their photos.
Special Circumstances: Women wearing a veil that partially covers their face can make arrangements for a photo without their veil to be taken in private by a female or appropriate staff person. That photo will be saved and only accessed by the female or appropriate staff member. This photo will only be used if the appropriate Trent departments need to verify your identity for reasons such as exams or security. A photo with the veil will be printed onto your Student Card.
