Staff and Faculty

For New Staff and Faculty:

In order to receive a Staff/Faculty card, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be active on Trent University Payroll (all paperwork submitted)
  2. Know your Colleague ID #
  3. Submit a photo for your Staff/Faculty Card. We do not take Photos at the Office

We cannot print a Staff/Faculty Card before your start date with Trent.

Guidelines for electronic pictures:

Upload your photo ahead of time!Submit your photo here! Once received, we will process your card and have it ready to be picked up when you arrive!

  • Your face must be clearly visible and facing forward
  • Your photo must show a clear image of your face (e.g. passport photo)
  • We cannot accept photos with hats (unless worn for religious purposes) or sunglasses.
