Please note: in the following information “respondent” is the person alleged to have committed sexual violence.
Was the alleged incident of a non-consensual sexual nature? If NO:
- Harassment could fall under the Trent Discrimination and Harassment Policy or Workplace Violence & Harassment Policy, see below:
If YES, the alleged incident was of a non-consensual sexual nature:
- If respondent is a Trent employee—Trent Workplace Violence & Harassment Policy
- If respondent is a student - Trent Sexual Violence Policy
If respondent is a student staff member:
Did the alleged incident take place while they were performing staff duties?
- No - Trent Sexual Violence Policy
- Yes - Trent Workplace Violence and Harassment Policy
