AODA training is required for, among others, "persons who provide goods, services or facilities on behalf of the organization” (AODA IASR Requirements). External contractors are asked to refer to the information on AODA training requirements when providing services on behalf of Trent University.
The University must comply with the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001 and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and its standards when acquiring goods, services and facilities.
