Research Interests:
My research aims to understand how having a strong sense of purpose in life can support healthy ageing processes by promoting engagement in health protective behaviours, better physiological regulation, and resilience to cognitive decline. Much of my research uses coordinated data analysis across multiple longitudinal studies, as well as ecological momentary designs (aka daily diary) to better capture within-person health dynamics and psychosocial influences.
