Looking for a place to cool off and cool off others by throwing sponges? Come on down to the K/L field for our yearly West Bank Sponge Battle! Be sure to be dressed to get wet!

Each class will guide you through core-based exercises that help to improve fitness and prevent injuries. Full body strength and flexibility helps to relieve pain, unlock tight muscles and joints, strengthen your core postural muscles and create a youthful feeling in the body. Dress comfortably and bring water! Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and given modifications to keep you working at your own pace that is challenging and dynamic.

Tick Tock Tick Tock! Come down to the Bata podium to cheer on your college in one of the most intense and fun competitions on campus! The stakes are high because the winning college will get the famous Minute to Win It trophy! If you're interested, you may even get the chance to participate in one of the games and represent your college!
