Novice Try-it-Days
Come join us for a morning rowing session. Want to try a new sport? Try novice rowing! Participants will be learning how to erg, proper rowing posture, how to get into a boat, how to feather, and row in a team dynamic boat. No experience necessary, athletic wear is recommended

Rise & Shine: Dance Mix
Easy-to-follow aerobic dance combinations are accompanied by balance, flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance-building exercises. A variety of equipment is used, including hand weights, a bar, and mats. Dress comfortably and bring water!
