Leadership Matters: Reimagining Healthcare Leadership, Ubuntu Principles for Healing the Healers

This webinar explores Ubuntu leadership as an ethical and relational framework for healing moral injury and burnout among frontline healthcare workers after the COVID-19 pandemic. Drawing on a narrative synthesis of scholarly research on Ubuntu philosophy, ethics of care, and healthcare leadership, this session will explore how relational leadership principles can strengthen psychological safety, rebuild trust, and support ethical renewal within healthcare organizations.

Presenter:

Samuel Oluwatosin Ajibade is a graduate scholar at Trent University, pursuing a Master of Management in the Health Care Management Stream. With over twelve years of professional experience as a Sales Regional Manager at United Nigeria Textiles Limited, Samuel brings a wealth of leadership, organizational, and strategic management expertise to his academic and research pursuits.
