Confronting Antisemitism Today - In Partnership With Beth Israel Congregation

Members of the Trent Community are invited to view a Yad Vashem display on Children's experiences during the Holocaust and to attend an evening of lectures on contemporary issues in Holocaust Education. 

The Exhibit, "Stars Without A Heaven," will be open for viewing from 2 to 6 pm at Beth Israel Synagogue, 775 Weller Street, Peterborough, on November 16, 2022

The Guest Speakers will speak from 6 to 8 pm in the same location. 

Dr. Robert Rozett (Senior Historian - Yad Vashem) 
"Confronting Antisemitism Today: Paradoxes and Challenges." 

Mr. Yoni Berrous (Holocaust Education Programming - Yad Vashem) 
"Teaching the Holocaust to Generation Z."

Moderated by: Dr. Karen L. Blair of Trent University's Psychology Department 

Trent students, faculty, staff, and community members are invited to join for either or both events. Please register in advance using the link provided.
