This 50-minute workshop will introduce you to how AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini can support your academic research by helping you brainstorm topics, generate keywords, and identify background information.

This session will also cover the strengths and limitations of AI in the research process, including privacy concerns, accuracy issues, and citation practices. You'll also learn how to craft effective prompts and how to transition from AI-generated ideas to finding credible, scholarly sources using Trent Library’s databases and tools.
