Leadership Matters: Intrapreneurship's Compass, Navigating Mindful Leadership in the AI Era

In the era of Artificial Intelligence, digital tools excel at precision, efficiency, and data analysis. This presents a critical challenge: how do we maintain a human-centric focus and nurture the unique qualities that AI can never replicate?

This webinar fundamentally redefines leadership as an individual mindset—one that exists independent of a management title. We will explore the concept of "Intrapreneurship" (leading innovation from within) and argue that compassion, self-awareness, and ethical judgment are the ultimate leadership skills in a machine-dominated world.

Participants will learn how to shift their focus from managing tasks (a role increasingly delegated to AI) to managing the human experience within their organizations. By prioritizing emotional intelligence and moral compass over mere technical accuracy, we can build trust, psychological safety, and sustainable innovation, ensuring AI serves to amplify human potential rather than overshadow it.

Presenter: Dat Pham Quoc Huynh spent 4+ years working at Siemens as a Business Development Professional, leading Siemens Vietnam Sustainability projects to win the Werner Von Siemens Award in 2024. Dat earned an MBA at Western Sydney University and is currently enrolled in Trent's Master of Science in Big Data Analytics. Dat is also co-founder and CEO of AMI Education.
