Leadership Matters: Becoming a Best Boss
We all have had "best" and "worst" bosses during our careers. What made our "best boss" memorable, perhaps decades later, and how did that individual impact us, personally and professionally? We asked 250 people on LinkedIn and Facebook to tell us about their best and worst. Following qualitative theme analysis, we now have a 'Top 10 List' of best boss attributes and a corresponding list for the worst boss attributes.
Our session will share our research, how we analyzed the data, and then most important, what are the implications for newer or younger managers hoping to have a positive and enduring impact on their teams and followers.
