The concept behind the Peer Mentoring program at Trent in Oshawa is a simple one.
In the past two years, the Trent Peer Mentoring Program (PMP) has experienced unprecedented growth, helping hundreds of students. In the 2006-07 academic year, the program made an astounding 170 matches between mentors — upper year students with experience — and “mentees” — students looking for guidance in specific courses.
