Board of Governors
The Board of Governors is responsible for oversight of the governance, conduct, management, and control of the University, including its property, revenues, expenditures, business, and affairs. The Board is also responsible for the appointment of the President and has authority over all areas of University governance not specifically assigned to the Senate by the Trent University Act.
