Karli Sears

Born in 1975 in Guelph, Ontario, Kali Sears studied at the Sheridan College School of Crafts and Design, and has worked out of Glen Williams Glass - Glass Art Collective in Halton Hills since 2016. Sears specializes in glass botanicals, luminosity and light that works with glass to create sensual, botanically inspired sculpture and elegantly playful jewelry. Her work draws inspiration from the natural world, and her pieces are soft sculptural renditions that are reminiscent of seed pods and ocean anemones. She shows her work in galleries across Canada and the eastern United States. She has also received a multitude of awards, honors, and publications throughout her career.
