Whether you want to take advantage of our residence guarantee for first-year students or live off campus, Trent University Durham is dedicated to helping you build your home away from home.
Trent University Durham has partnered with Durham College and UOIT to provide a residence experience that offers convenience and great friendships.
The residences, only a 10 minute drive or direct bus ride from the Trent Durham campus using your Transit Pass, offers safe, clean, and comfortable living accommodations.
First-year Trent Durham students live together within the same community and are guaranteed a spot in residence if they meet the deadlines for accepting Trent University’s offer of admission and applying to residence. Students enrolled in January-start programs may apply to residence and will be approved based on room availability.
Trent University Durham would like to help make the process of finding off-campus housing as easy as possible for you. Through our partnership with Places4Students, we provide an online collection of numerous housing opportunities.
