Step 2: Register for university-wide orientation for either the Peterborough or Durham campuses

Step 3: Register for Trent International Orientation Welcome Session

APRIL 29: 8:00AM - 11:30AM ET

Welcome to Trent and to the Trent International family! Join us at this mandatory welcome session for all new international students. Come meet our team and learn more about Trent International and the services we provide, immigration as an international student, health insurance, and academic basics. We will also have a live-chat to help answer your questions.

Step 5: Upload Your Vaccine Certificate in the Ontario Proof of Vaccination Registry 

COMPLETE AS SOON AS HAVE CANADIAN ADDRESS

  1. Complete Out-of-Canada COVID-19 Vaccine Registration . 
    Find the registration form to submit your "out-of-province/country vaccine" below. You must be in Ontario to upload your certificate. Submit to your local public health unit.

    Peterborough Public Health
    Durham Public Health

    *If you reside in another area, simply search "out-of-province vaccine registration" and the name of the city you reside in to find their specific registry.
     

  2. Public Health will follow-up
    A public health professional will follow-up by phone or email after you submit the out of province vaccine registration form to manually add your record into the Ontario Proof of Vaccination System.
     
  3. Obtain your enhanced vaccine certificate
    Public Health will issue you your enhanced vaccine certificate by email. Once you have obtained the enhanced vaccination certificate, you will be able to access non-essential services in Ontario and schedule a vaccination appointment.
