This session will give graduating students the tools and confidence to complete their own degree check and make sure they are on track to graduate.

In the session, we will:

  • Understand how to confirm your program requirements will be met.
  • Review university degree requirements and how they apply to your degree.
  • Learn how to identify any outstanding requirements or potential issues.
  • Walk through how to apply to graduate. 

By the end of the session, you’ll know how to check your own degree requirements and make sure you have what you need to graduate.

Are you a transfer student having a hard time understanding your transfer credits and how they apply to your degree?

In this group session we will go over the different types of transfer credits. We will also go over how to locate program requirements in the Academic Calendar and understand how transfer credits can be used as either program requirements or elective credits. The objective of this session is to help you understand your transfer credits so that you can move forward with course planning and registration.

At this event, students can find: 
•    Assistance using Self Service and MyTrent 
•    Help navigating course selection and degree requirements
•    Answers to your questions about planning, adding, and changing courses for the Fall term or academic year
•    Information about important registration dates and deadlines
