This two-year, thesis-based program designed for students who want to contribute to the advancement of computing through original research. Students complete four graduate-level courses and a thesis, working closely with a supervisory committee to define and pursue a research question aligned with faculty expertise. The curriculum supports both theoretical depth and practical application, with opportunities to integrate one course from Trent’s Applied Modelling & Quantitative Methods program to broaden interdisciplinary insight.

Study Canadian and international policy and management practices in the arts, and issues and trends in cultural creation. Your objectives are achieved through a combination of course work and in the culminating co-op placement undertaken in conjunction with an arts organization, government department, public agency or cultural enterprise, with a required experiential learning report.

Faculty members with expertise in a range of specialties will help you discover how you can apply your knowledge in your profession and in the community. The Graduate Diploma in Educational and Community Leadership is a five-course program including two required courses and three elective courses.
