An introduction to gentle water exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. This class combines water-based cardio, resistance movements and stretching, to promote balance and mobility. All swimming experiences are welcomed! Dress in appropriate swimwear and bring a water bottle!

This session will cover the basics of Trent University’s Academic Integrity and Artificial Intelligence policies, process, and procedures. We’ll answer questions like: What does Academic Integrity mean? What is the difference between academic dishonesty, plagiarism, and cheating? What are the consequences? What is Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)? Can I use GenAI (like ChatGPT) in my classes?
