CA Ted Talk: Transitioning to Canada (In-Person)
Coming to a different country is scary. Four of our Cultural Assistants will share their first-year experiences when transitioning to Canada. They will share the challenges they faced as well as some resources that helped overcome them. Everyone's story is different, but this may help YOUR transition. Ask questions and enjoy a good conversation.

Do you identify as a student living with a mental health condition? If so, your transition to university may come with some unique challenges. Join Active Minds for this in-person session to learn about relevant campus supports while meeting other new students who share this part of your identity. Come with a friend or make a new one here!
Drop In Games/Tour
Come and join your Orientation Week Leaders and college staff to play games, learn some LEC trivia, and go on campus tours!
*Champlain College Day: Off Campus Hub Introduction
This event is an opportunity for students living off-campus to gather and collect information about Orientation Week. We will introduce you to the "Off-Campus Hub" where you can store your things during the programming hours each day, learn about food on campus, where you can take breaks to charge your phone, and more! Join us in person or online.
