Speed Friending
Meet a new queer, and rediscover yourself! All ages welcome- let's make a community for those that can't find any, and those that want to expand their horizons in this Speed-Friending Bonanza! This is your opportunity to meet other 2SLGBTQ+ individuals who will end up being your pals for the rest of your time at Trent.
Individuals will be put into break-out rooms, and will chat with each other for 3.5minutes, and then switch!

*Mock Lecture
Not sure what to expect from a university lecture? Join our Mock Lecture on September 7th from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm where we will be tuning in to a lecture by Dr. Emily Bruusgaard! Dr. Bruusgaard will be giving a lecture and will also be sharing some tips and tricks for notetaking, engaging in, and making the most of an online lecture! We will also have some of Trent’s Teaching Assistants on hand, to take you through what to expect from a seminar, workshop, and answer any questions you may have. Join us and kickstart your first year at Trent.
