A beginner-to-intermediate yoga class that includes a series of yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness to help bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Students are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, however, we will have mats available should they not have their own.
You must register for this in-person event (there is NO cost):

NOTE Rain Day: Our in-person event will be canceled if it is raining. Participants will be invited to participate in a virtual fitness class and/or a virtual Kahoot. All participants will be emailed at 6:30am the morning of the event to share if the in-person activity is canceled due to weather. Participants will receive a Zoom link to join the Rain Day event.
