Business and Psychology student Katie Neve overcomes fears of starting fresh with collegiate and academic supports
When Katie Neve first came to Peterborough for work, she wasn’t planning to go back to school.
After starting her college diploma in an outdoor and adventure education program, she was unsure it was the right fit for a long-term career. At the same time, the thought of pivoting, both academically and professionally, was overwhelming.
Now in her third year of Business Administration & Psychology at Trent, she reflects on how the simple transfer process, supportive collegiate communities and tailored academic events like the Study Café gave her the confidence she needed to return to studies and excel at university.
