From Wild Basketry to Musical Improvisation to Mastering Desserts, Trent University’s Continuing Education program is offering a fresh lineup of in-person courses in downtown Peterborough, starting in May 2025.

“Spring has sprung, and we are excited to invite the community to explore this season’s Continuing Education offerings,” shared Dr. Michael Eamon, director of Continuing Education at Trent University and principal of Catharine Parr Traill College. “With more than a dozen interactive workshops and courses designed to refresh the spirit and spark creativity, it’s a great opportunity to discover new passions, reconnect with nature, and be inspired through hands-on learning in the arts, music, cooking, and more.”

To celebrate the season, a limited-time discount of up to 30% off is available for those who register for courses before May 1, 2025.

With topics ranging from bird watching, acrylic painting, learning guitar, and photography, there is something for every curious mind to explore.

All spring and summer 2025 courses will be held in person at Trent's picturesque Catharine Parr Traill College situated in downtown Peterborough - the ideal setting to relax, connect, and learn.

Registration for all courses and workshops is available online. Until May 1, all prices listed include the discount.
