In this 2-part workshop series, you will learn about what low mood symptoms can look like, as well as learn skills and strategies to cope with them. The workshop will include opportunities for peer discussion, activities, and practical tools you can use day-to-day to support mood and well-being as we enter into the winter season.
We invite all students; Indigenous, Black, Racialized, and Non-racialized to share experiences of struggling with mood and well-being in a supportive workshop setting with opportunity to build connection.
Students are welcome to attend one or both workshop sessions.
