Are you ready to embark on an exciting new chapter at Trent University? It's time to mark your calendars for the 2023 move-in days! Whether you're joining us at the Peterborough or Durham GTA campus location, we've got all the information you need to ensure a seamless transition into your new residence.

Move-in Dates and Locations:

  • Peterborough: September 2 and 3
  • Durham: September 3

Before You Arrive:

To make your move-in experience as smooth as possible, we've compiled essential resources for you:

  1. Familiarize yourself with the Residence Guidebook & Residence Agreement.
  2. Expedite your move-in process by uploading your photo to the TrentU Card Photo Submission tool on the myTrent portal.
  3. Your designated move-in time slot and QR code will be accessible via the Move-In page in your housing portal.
  4. Refer to our comprehensive What to Bring to Residence guide.
  5. Don't miss out on our informative How to Move-In to Residence webinar.

Special Opportunity for Indigenous Students: If you are a student who identifies as Indigenous (First Nations, Status/Non-Status, Métis and Inuit) living in residence for the upcoming academic year, First Peoples House of Learning (FPHL) provides you with the opportunity to move in a day early on September 1 (Peterborough) and September 2 (Durham). On the evening of September 1 and 2, FPHL will provide Indigenous students with welcome kits and dinner in Robinson Hall (Peterborough) or Durham Atrium. To learn more about this exclusive opportunity, reach out to Ashley (ashthompson@trentu.ca) for Peterborough residences, or Bobbie (bmcculloch@trentu.ca) for Durham residences. Explore the FPHL program further at trentu.ca/fphl.

📞 Need Assistance? For any inquiries regarding move-in, feel free to reach out to us. We're eagerly looking forward to being a part of your transition to Trent University!

Learn about what you need to know before you arrive by checking out the move-in website.
