Opportunities to tour campus, learn about paid co-op streams, and accept an offer to Trent on the spot will bring over 4,500 students and guests to the University’s March Break Open House events taking place this Saturday, March 11 at Trent University Durham Greater Toronto Area, and Friday, March 17 in Peterborough.

“Our March Break Open House events provide future students with an inside sneak peek at life as a Trent student – with opportunities to explore programs and guaranteed career experience, tour campus and residences, and learn about supports and services," said Marilyn Burns, vice president of Communications & Enrolment. “Campuses will be fully open for all guests to explore. Connecting one-on-one with leading professors and current students gives guests the chance to immerse themselves in the full Trent experience.”

For students who have received their offer to Trent, Open House is the perfect time to accept an offer on the spot, with helpful Admissions staff on hand to assist with the process and mark the moment with a celebratory photo. Students can also apply and be accepted on the spot – with many programs still accepting applications for fall. The University’s career experience guarantee and rapidly growing selection of paid co-op streams will also be showcased at the event, along with an academic and student services fair, mini lectures, and program sessions. Guests will also have the opportunity to tour Trent’s campuses and student residences.

All students who attend for Open House are entered in a draw to win free first-year tuition.
