The TVG is hosting a hands on fermentation workshop, using fresh vegetables from the garden. Join us for this workshop and learn how to make Turmeric Napa Sauerkraut. Each participant will make and take one jar home with them.
This workshop is $5 and will be located at the Seasoned Spoon at Trent University.
No experience necessary.
This workshop is open to students, faculty, and community members.
