“Building Neuro-Affirming Workspaces in Higher Education” is a management leadership workshop hosted by Trent University’s Equity & Human Rights Office.

This session is designed to provide staff with practical tools and strategies to foster workplaces where neurodivergent individuals feel respected, understood, and supported. Participants will gain insights into inclusive practices, workplace adaptations, and leadership approaches that promote equity and belonging across higher education environments.
