We are honoured to welcome Rosemary Sadlier, an author, educator, and one of Canada’s leading voices in Black history advocacy, as our keynote speaker.

BLACK HISTORY: PERSONAL, PURPOSEFUL AND TRANSFORMATIVE
Rosemary Sadlier will engage us with her journey in Black History, from her early experiences to providing the impetus for the national commemoration of February as Black History Month in Canada. A bestselling author, Sadlier shares the challenges, lived experiences, and research that have helped to inform politicians, newsmakers, and films with a more inclusive focus.
