Take a moment to slow down and connect with your community during this week-long encouragement event at Traill College. Designed to promote kindness, support, and a sense of belonging, this passive program invites students and other members of the College to both give and receive words of encouragement.

Throughout the week, you’ll find an encouragement box placed in high-traffic locations around Traill College. Pre-cut notecards and pens will be available, making it easy to participate. Write a message of kindness, motivation, or support for someone in the community, place it in the box, and feel free to take a message for yourself if one catches your eye.

Whether you’re having a great day or could use a little extra encouragement, this event offers a simple way to brighten someone’s day, including your own. The encouragement box will rotate between different locations in the College over the course of the week, so you may have multiple opportunities to participate.

No registration or commitment is required, just stop by when you see the box and take part at your own pace. Every message shared helps strengthen our Traill College community and reminds us that small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
