Dear All,

There have been reported issues of users who have repeatedly been unable to connect to our WIFI network, eduroam, some of the time, but can connect with no issue at other times.   We have been attempting to trace the root cause of the issue and are working with the WIFI equipment manufacturer to do so.   The issue is made difficult due to the intermittent nature of the problem.

We appreciate your patience as we work through this issue and we will provide further updates as new information is received.
