Save your spot for the second annual Curl with Cathy curling 'funspiel'!

An invitation for all Trent faculty and staff shared on behalf of Trent Athletics & Recreation  

You are invited to join President Cathy Bruce for Curl with Cathy 2026, a curling ”funspiel” in support of the Green & White Athletic Financial Awards. Spaces fill quickly, so gather your colleagues, friends or family and register for a full day of fun. 

Event Details: 
Date: Saturday, February 28, 2026
Time: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. 
Location: Peterborough Golf & Country Club (PGCC) 
Cost: $100/person (includes lunch and a $65 charitable donation receipt) 

Important Notes: 

  • Register early! Registration is limited.  
  • Select multiple tickets to register the whole team in one transaction. The purchaser will receive the donation receipt. 
  • Preferred draw times (early or late) are not guaranteed. We’ll do our best to accommodate all requests.  
  • Curling experience is recommended but not required. Participants with less than one year of experience will participate in a complimentary safety and instruction session on Monday, February 23, from 3 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. at PGCC. 
  • Equipment is available to borrow. Please indicate your borrowing needs on your registration.
