  • Tuesday, November 18, 2025
    12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
    City: Oshawa
55 Thornton Road South, Oshawa, ON, L1J 5Y1
    Building: Building A
    Room: Atrium
    Cost: FREE

Explore campus and community resources that promote student health, inclusion, and well-being. Visit tables and sessions hosted by Good2Talk, the AIDS Committee of Durham Region, and the National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC).

Learn about Good2Talk, a confidential support and mental health service available to post-secondary students across Ontario. Discover how they can help if you’re feeling lonely, homesick, or isolated—especially during weekends and holidays when being away from home can feel more challenging.

Connect with the AIDS Committee of Durham Region to explore sexual health resources, including information on accessing support, STI and HIV testing, free condoms, and other programs that promote sexual wellness and safety.

Join NEDIC for an engaging session that dives into and challenges the harmful impact of diet culture. Reflect on where you first encountered messages about eating, physical activity, and body image, and take part in a conversation about creating more body-neutral spaces on campus. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions about disordered eating and body image in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.
