Join Trent Spiritual Affairs and the Buddhist Place for a 45 minute guided meditation and teachings on Thursday, Feb. 15 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. This event will take place in Bata Library, Room 202. Limited meditation cushions and seating will be available. Beginners are welcome!
